The Role

This role sits at the intersection of content marketing and product marketing.
You’ll take our product, customers, and use cases, and turn them into content that drives awareness, understanding, trust, and sales enablement.
If you’re a strong writer who enjoys going deep into product, understanding customers, and crafting narratives that spark interest, this role is for you.

What you will own 🎯

1. Product & Content creation
Your core responsibility is to translate our product features into clear, compelling stories that fashion merchandisers care about. You will create:
  • Product-focused blogs
  • Landing pages and feature pages
  • Case studies & customer stories
  • Comparison sheets, sales one pagers, and pitch narratives
  • Feature release content (Update pages, feature briefs, support in help docs)
  • Product marketing assets
  • LinkedIn posts
  • Email content
  • Clear briefs for designer and/or developer.
Everything you write must be benefit-focused for our ICP, accurate, and LLM friendly.
2. Messaging & Narrative Development
You will own
  • Product positioning (with the leadership)
  • Feature messaging
  • Problem → Solution → Proof narratives
  • Competitive clarity
  • Maintaining the Tagalys voice.
Your job is to ensure that anyone reading content from Tagalys should understand what we do, why it matters, and how it helps them get results.
3, Campaign & initiative execution
You will work with the leadership and turn GTM ideas into campaigns
  • Build assets for downloadables, events, and webinars
  • Design market/category playbooks.
  • Create LPs, emails, social snippets, and nurture flows
  • Work with partners for co-marketing
  • Repurpose content from panels, speaking sessions, webinars, etc
  • Maintain clarity, consistency, and quality across all assets

4. Sales & customer success enablement

  • Refresh and maintain library of assets needed by Sales and CX
  • Create assets sales can use in conversations (support)
  • Make product capabilities easy to understand
  • Ensure every feature release has supporting content
  • Basically, everything that helps sales → MQL → SQL conversations.

5. Marketing operations & analytics (limited)

  • Ensure campagns have UTMs, tracking, and simple measurability. Maintain content attribution (as possible)
  • Track performance of blogs, social, nurture sequences, landing pages, sales content usage, etc
  • Maintain dashboards for reporting

6. Cross-functional collaboration

You will work closely with
  • CEO (for strategy + direction)
  • Sales (for enablement + content needs)
  • Product (for feature understanding)
  • Customer Success (for customer insights + case studies)
  • Design + webflow developer (for execution of assets)

Monthly Output
  • 4-6 blogs (as needed)
  • 1-2 landing/feature pages
  • 6-8 LinkedIn posts
  • Nurture sequence as needed
  • Downloadable as needed
  • Product release content as needed
  • 100% structured for LLM Discoverability
Quality indicators
  • Website visits to core pages (feature, product, pricing, demo)
  • Avg time on page > 1min 30 s (after 30 days for pages created by them)
  • Maintain bounce rate of <50% for new content
  • Pages per session
  • Conversion rate (visits to clicks to demo)
  • Deliver first drafts within 72 hrs of longer content (not downloadables)
  • Sessions from AU/UK increasing 10-15% quarter over quarter

Lagging Indicators (What you’d influence)

  • Pipeline influence (content asset is used or SQLs touch blogs, case studies)
  • Sales usefulness (score given by sales team; can be a survey)
  • Landing page (Event, non-product/feature pages, etc) conversion (3%)
  • Improve MQL quality
  • Email open rate 20%, and 2% CTR.

You’re perfect for this role, if: 

  • You’ve worked 3–5 years in SaaS (content + product storytelling)
  • You write clearly, think clearly, and simplify complex ideas
  • You understand how product → customer → content connects
  • You can work fast without sacrificing thoughtfulness
  • You have strong grammar, structure, and narrative sense
  • You’re curious and love digging into features + user stories
  • You enjoy both creative writing and operational rigor
  • You’re comfortable learning basic Webflow & HubSpot
  • You are able to use AI tools intelligently (efficiency)
  • You’re excited by early-stage ownership, not intimidated by it
  • Bonus: You’ve experience with Webflow or CMS handling is a plus.
  • Bonus: Interest in Fashion merchandising or experience in Shopify
